I am new to this site but not to others & I have quite a rapport with Be Happy in Tver. The owner, Yaroslav is a good friend & I have spent many hours with him in Tver. I live there for part of the year & no I do not work for them.
He is honest & straightforward & very easy to deal with. The ladies I have seen come & go & talked to are very down to earth & reasonable with their expectations on what they expect from the agency & the man they are looking for.
As for the ladies dressing sexy, would you prefer sackclothes? Afterall what else do they have to offer the men except themselves & if a goodlooking cover sells the book why not? Don't judge the agency if you know nothing about them & don't judge the women for giving the men exactly what they want.
Take it from someone who has been there & done that, Be Happy is a straight up agency & will give you what you ask for at a reasonable price.
If their not to your liking you can try Lifetime Partners in Tver as well. I met my future wife through them. Costs are a little higher but top notch service just the same.
