And why do you need pictures and telephone number of your future au pair unless of course you are 'dodgy' and not really looking for an au pair at all?
If you were genuine, you would use your head and ask for a CV or Resume which should automatically have a telephone number. If it doesn't include a picture but you like the lady's details then you could ask for a picture thereafter.
