It is not just a matter of posting. Do you know why you want a Russian wife? do you know anything about them?
If you are very serious and you don't care if the girl loves you or not, then look for an agency. If you want to find someone, on your own then take time off and go there and see for yourself. I still believe that it is a lot more interesting to find a partner this way. Women there are friendly, and you should have no problem meeting someone if you go to the right places.

try to post your adds in Russian newspapers and hire the person on Russia whom you trust, to sort the stuff (answeer phone calls, meeting the women and so on. ) Go to http://www.********.com
