We can never protect oneself for a scam. But that a man can let himself scam out in tree years I dont understand can happen.

If there's sex, but not love, then the man is (according to these answers I get) involved in a scene of prostitution, he "ought" to know better and continues on his own risk.

But many of these girls are really good actors, they can be extremely cynical and have no conscience whatsoever. They can tell you a lie to your face without blinking.

I have lately been involved with a ukrainian woman, who's all over the place, where she has put out probably 10-15 profiles the last few weeks. In these profiles she gives very different descriptions of herself, ranging from the cute little wifie, to the perfect sexual partner. And she can play those roles extremely well, because she simply doesn't give a damn about all this lying about herself. Her age ranges from 40 to 47 in these profiles. She gives different locations, and different jobs.

She's not into the ticket or visa scam, she just needs ONE guy, who will come to her location loaded with money, where she'll play wife/lover, until he runs out of cash or patience. Even hardened types sooner or later will get confused about their own lies, but it takes some time for you to catch them at it. Besides many of us meet a new culture for the first time, and don't know how to relate to it. So I'm quite sure, that my former "fiance" amongst the hundreds of letters she gets, will eventually find precisely that blue-eyed, naive type, that I was, when I arrived to Ukraine the first time.

And these anti-scam sites can put these girls at the Black List with only one proving - writing letter where insist this money's information. BUT -nobody don't deep down at this letter - when,what kind of relationship and what kind of obstacles this letter was writing...And a lot of girls, who really good persons can't return their good name now.

Every girl knows, if they say/show they love a man without meaning it and ask after money. It carries the seeds of its own destructions. These girls make there own enemies.
The girls and guys shut followed very few and simple rules and nobody will ever be heard.
You can only build a relationship on true information. If all or must people were true there was no scam site.
Sometime people end in jail for crime they did not make, it life.

I'm almost sane now, so a little quantum-jump. I've been a moderate healthfood freak for 40 years, with a semi-professional background, so I'm relatively well versed in the subject.

The main question is not what you eat (though it ofcourse means a lot), but how your body treats, what it gets.

Your metabolism is the key. Fix that, and the rest will be easy.

Clean the body for a short period. Sensible eating, garlic capsules, herb teas etc.

Then start taking lactoacid (milk-acid) pills, you know stuff like acidofilus, bidofilus (like in natural youghurt, only youghurt is to weak in this connection, so it has to be the more concentrated pillform), and if possible a pill containing the Bulgaricum strain also (it the strongest of them all and will outcompete most unwanted intestinal bacteries).

Say a month or so.

What's wrong with garlic capsules? They don't smell, they're cheap and garlic has a very broad scope of beneficient effects.

I must admit, that some of the herbteas, you can use for f.ex. bloodcleaning taste really horrible. As my then infant daughter once remarked about some new foodstuff: "Is this healthy, or does it taste good?"

Did anyone get the impression, that I suggested a diet of exclusively lacto-bacteria pills. You need to take two to four a day. None of you ever take vitamins in pill-form? This is not very different.

I'm 60 years old, and with a moderate inclination towards a healthy lifestyle (though I'm a moral vegetarian), I have the stamina and health of a 35 year old, (according to my doctor.
And he's publicly paid, so he can say whatever, he wants to me). And I smoke and I love whiskey.

I had a healthfood import business (successfully) for ten years, and I always tried to tone down extreme fundamentalistic ways of living, but a bit of sense doesn't hurt.

Most peoples' insides look like a chimney used for brown-coal

With the net's wonderful possibilities to create paranoia, and with the equalent of tinned laughter (LOL), I ofcourse suspect you all of being secret agents of the fast food chains.

But you could ofcourse try the very popular diet called "caveman's diet". Being a vegetarian I'm unable to have any opinion of the efficiency of it.
